Andrea Singing in Italian in Italy

Alfredo Lucchesini asked Andrea to sing an Italian opera song, O Mio Babbino Caro. Unfortunately, she started singing before I could start the video recording.

Adelia Hall Rushforth - An Elect Lady (1918 - 2008)

My mother passed away just after midnight on November 22, 2008 at the age of 90. Gratefully, she was mentally strong her whole life. Her body was aging, however. While it made her feel so dependent on others, she never was a burden to anyone. She was amazingly independent right up to the end.

Her passing was unexpected and relatively quick. She is now in the company of her husband, parents, siblings, and other loved ones who passed on before. It is hard to say good-bye, but the tears of sadness flow along with tears of joy as we think about the reunions that are going on right now on the other side of the veil.

For her obituary, funeral plans, and photos of the family celebration for her 90th birthday, click this link: http://rushforth.org/ahr90/.
